iPhoneTip

On the iPhone, in the "Health Data" app that comes already installed on the phone, go to the first item - named "All", there are some unexpected trackers that may be useful. Inhaler Usage Number of Times Fallen When you tap "Add Data", it defaults to the current day and time but you have the option to change it. This data may be useful to share with your doctor when you have your next appointment.

NLS Reference Guides

The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped makes Reference Guides available online.
